Do you know your plants?
The Plant Identification course is free and was developed in conjunction with the NZ Plant Conservation Network and the Department of Conservation. The course focuses on the process of plant identification. It is good for newbies who see plants as a green backdrop as well as those with more experience looking for a refresher course. The course runs from 8-9 March in Greymouth. Course details can be found here, and for further details on this and other courses run by DoC check out their here.
Iwi Roadshows
The Chair and CEO will be visiting four locations in early March to seek your feedback on iwi matters. Please register your intention to attend at: registrations@ngatiapakiterato.iwi.nz
Roadshow locations are:
- Rāhoroi (Saturday) 5 March: Ōtautahi (Christchurch)
- Rātapu (Sunday) 6 March: Whakatū (Nelson)
- Rāhoroi 12 March: Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington)
- Rātapu 13 March: Whanganui
