Computers in Homes is a fantastic opportunity for Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō members to improve their computer skills, this is a fundamental course designed to familiarise members with the basic use, care and maintenance of a desktop computer.

If members qualify they are able to take home the desktop computer they have learned on at the end of the 10 week course and can also receive discounted home internet packages.

Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō also run a Literacy & Numeracy course in partnership with Workforce Development Limited.  This is a 20 week course, 2 hours per week, paid by your employer to assist in improving literacy and Numeracy skills in the workforce.

These courses are all about improving and up-skilling our members and helping to achieve your own goals in work and in day to day life.


Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō members are encouraged to update their details regularly so we can keep in touch and to ensure your continuing involvement in Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō.

We are increasing membership regularly by around 10 per month. As we grow it is very important we do not lose touch with those members we already have on our database. Encourage new and existing members to go on our website and update or register.
